You may now instruct your patients to download the TribeRx Mobile App on the Apple App Store or Google Play. They'll be prompted to enter their unique Rx Code that has been provided to your clinic. 

Your patient's Peer Coach will begin working on a customized Wellness Plan. This plan will take into account your goals and objectives for each patient.
